1 comments so far (post your own)Another peice of a pick in the drafts when there were more rounds to cover the errors of so called expert scouts that sold owners " There Him"!!! And never pan out. Oops, excuse me Mr. Mick Tinglehof was a blessing to a team that was putting in the peices for longivity of division dominance and yearly runs to the NFL-NFC play-offs. He was a Iron man being a devoted team member that had played a number of consecutive games, he was right behind Jim Marshall. He played in a era ( it's the 60's to Mid- 70's) of smash mouth football where taking down a opponent was usual lights out, what a Hit!, high light for next generations fans. He was voted because of talent that was inherited, gift of God, develop by coach's insight that had hind sight to know this guy will dish it out, take hits he knows can undermined his goal of being A True Hearts and Purple Head All-Pro athlete if he dont perform beyond his desire to be the best of the best and take those shots that was personally done as it was then. Silent blue collared humble character but once the purple went on- it is on! Posted by Stacy Feick on 11/24/2023 @ 02:47am |
