2 Super Bowl Wins - 2 Super Bowl MVP Awards - Beat GOAT Tom Brady led Patriots 2 times in Super Bowls (including the undefeated Patriots season). Walter Payton Man of the Year Award Winner- 16 years with same team as Starting QB and set a record for consecutive games played by QB. True gentleman and loyal team player. Never complained even when leading some really bad NYG teams.

Eli's career is a tale of two careers really. From his rookie year to 2012 and then 2013 to 2019. The first half of his career outside his bad rookie season he was in the Gilbride system under Coughlin that was considered old fashioned even for it's time. It's about running the ball, controlling the clock and using the passing game in a high risk, high reward system, which accounts with some of his interceptions. During this time, he wasn't an immediate success story and took some time to fully develop. He pretty much entered his prime in the 2011-2012 seasons, which sucks because once 2013 came around, the whole team collapsed. Not due to Eli but because of bad drafts, not fixing the offensive line when it was starting to age out and a effective run game. That's when his second half of his career happened, the Giants still suffered from bad drafting and once Coughlin was fired, bad coaching. This second half of his career is where his career win/loss stat suffered greatly. Saying that he had a .500 career win/loss tells only a small part of Eli and does not represent his career as a whole. He was on some truly bad teams like the 2013 or 2017 seasons where not many would have done any better.

If you're the greatest QB to play for the franchise then you should automatically make the Hall of Fame.

Other than Eli Manning, here is the list of two-time Super Bowl MVPs who are not in the HOF:

He was never an all pro even 2nd team.

If it wasn't for his name the giants would of benched him or cut him a long time ago.

Take away the 2 superbowls which is a team accomplishment not individual and his legend score is like 1 or 2.

He shouldn't be in the hall based off of what his team did or else everybody on those teams should be inducted.

Put his stats up without his name by them and not a single person with a brain will say he should be in the hall of fame.

.500 win record

Lead league in turnovers 3 times

Only has like 8+or- more tds than interceptions and fumbles

Came into the league when it was starting to be pass happy and give Stafford 1 more year and eli won't be top 10 in yards and other stuff.

His superbowls he got carried by great defensive play and circus catches by wrs.

i don't see how anyone can say or argue that eli isn't a pro football hall of famer i mean top 10 in pass yards, attempts, completions and td passes not to mention he led the league in 400 pass yard games with 3 in the 2011 super bowl winning season passed for a giants record single-season 4,933 yards and is in the teams ROH and had his #10 jersey retired a true class act and great on and off the field holds the nfl single-postseason records in pass yards, completions and attempts and played behind some bad o-lines in his career not to mention a suspect running games and some very poor coaching after tom left

If Eli gets in, Rivers definitely should get in.

He doesn't belong in the hall of fame he is a average quarterbacks he has 114 regular season wins and 114 regular season losses he isn't a hall of famer he is a 500 quarterback and his stats are not good he never lead the league in anything besides interceptions

Never missing a game due to injury, he started 210 consecutive games from 2004 to 2017, the third-longest consecutive starts streak by an NFL quarterback. Manning ranks 10th all-time in passing yards and 10th in touchdowns

1000x the human Brady could ever be. A true gentleman

A couple of things stick out with Eli.1. Once he stepped in as the starter for the Jints, the wind at old Giants Stadium was never mentioned. 2. Any receiver that ever left the Giants and kept playing, never performed like they did with Eli. 3. Never complained. A true team leader and warrior. 4. Watch 2 games and you will see the greatness in Eli. And you will see why he belongs in the HOF.. 49er Giants 2011 NFC Championship game. And 2008 GB Packer NY Giants NFC Championship game.

Two super bowls and two super bowl MVPs he has a 8 and 4 playoff record he has a seven and one record in the playoffs when he he started I don't know how many games in a row it was but it was a lot playing through injuries. He beat Tom Brady twice in the super bowl one time the New England Patriots were undefeated until they met the Giants in the super bowl
