| Kam will most likely never make it to the Hall of Fame, which is a shame. Ask anyone who played against the Legion of Boom who they feared the most and it was Kam. He was the last of a dying breed of hard hitting enforcers, roaming the middle of the field and laying players flat. He'd make players pull up to reduce the impact of his hits, and he did all of this without being considered a dirty player. He's the unsung hero of the Seahawks' Super Bowl win over the historic Broncos offense. |

| Of his 49er career[1st 10 years], he averaged a sack in 4 out of every 5 games played(78% of the games he played)! Plus, he played almost all of his career in 14 game seasons: in his best 2 seasons, he averaged over a 1 sack a game in those 2 seasons(including an 18 sack season). Then, the 70s were loaded with great DEs in his conference/the NFL to keep him from getting highly decorated(only had 2 PBs, they weren't consecutive, and no APs). All accolades are not equal: sometimes, you must dig deeper! At the end of the day, he's in the 49er HOF and the best 49ers DE in history! |
